Over aged hippy that lives near Halifax England and a newbie to Android but a pc user for too long to remember.
Bought a Cerebro from China 3 days later sent it back (is this a record?) as I considered it had a design flaw which would need repairs fairly quickly.
Replaced with another tablet second hand and trying to find out if it is a saishuo A820 or A816 or Tabteck 816 ( though I believe they may all be the same basic machine).
Have managed so far to root it and flash to november release of 2.3.1, also found an great program which I can recommend, it is called Android Commander and enables a pc to communicate with tablet to do such things as copy from one to the other, back up and restore Android, even flash Android from a zip/rar file. Details may be found from androidcommander with a dot and com after it ( cant post links yet )
