Bought on eBay month ago, finally have it on T-mobile postpaid here.
Officially for t-mobile here I am iPhone user and using data option for it.

I am concerned about G1 love to net and always checking something on GPRS/UMTS so now I have
sync - off
data roaming - off
latitude - off
mail check - off
and hoping there is some android app that will show me how much and what application uses data access.

For now I am on 1GB data packet, everything over it it is too expensive.

I think your idea is great. I would love some type of chart or graph or ratings system for how much battery life certain applications eat up.
