hello guys.. i bought new android tv box but i had problem which is the video quality specially on youtube is low i cant get video quality more than 360 at first i thought the problem is about the device hardware but i downloaded and old version of youtube and it worked well on 720 video quality

i think the problem is in its software or android version but i dont know how to deal with it , so can i one help me with it please

Hi. I only have an Android phone so don't know if this is relevant but is there an options button anywhere when the videos are playing? On my s8 YouTube usually defaults to 360 or 480 even though full hd is actually there. Once selected manually they'll play in hd

Youtube app always have quirks on every version. Just use the version that works for you.
