Hello--I am New to this Forum--KEYBOARD

Hello Everyone--I see this forum is not for support but looks like everyone does seek direction with issues. I just purchased my first ever smart phone a Droid 4 through Verizon but having some issues. My pull out keyboard has issues after 3 weeks of use. The ryjvm keys do not type when pressed...then I get uncontrolled typing of letters Ovrmyj without touching keyboard..weird..I can just barely squeeze the side of the keyboard and these letter take off in sequence and continue tying over and over. My guess is that this is a mechanical issue but has anyone else seen this ?

Sorry that my first post is a negative one but I am not happy with my Droid at this time any suggestions ?
