Just got a Hot Pepper Pablano VLE5 from Hello Mobile, and the volume seems weak, but only had half charge...Any thoughts???...Thank in advance from on OLD TECHNO SPAZ!!!

Looking up this model online, it's apparently pretty minimal as far as hardware specs so just going by supposition I wouldn't imagine the sound capabilities of this phone to be too robust (i.e. the sound chip inside won't be able to provide really strong audio signal nor will the internal speaker be a really capable one).

It does appear to have a headphone jack so perhaps you can get by using a set of headphones or earbuds? It's not an ideal solution of course but at least relying on earbuds instead of the internal speaker will make a marginal sound level louder and more clear.

That is odd.
I have that phone as well, and the volume is excellent on it.
Is it during calls, or watching media when the sound is low?

If I were you I would look into if some one came out with a sound mode for your device..
