Hello! Samsung with only wireless internet?

Um Hi everyone! I just rooted my phone and accidently deleted something for internet before backing it up. Now my wireless internet is always on even if i click off, what can I do? I would like the wireless off because it drains my battery and it wont work if I leave the house. ugh please help thank you!!! My phone is a samsung admire.

Hi marz, welcome to AF! Sorry to hear about your problem, I would normally suggest attempting a factory reset, that may restore you, but being rooted I am not entirely sure if that is the way to proceed. Alternately you could load an RUU and start over fresh, if that is an option for your device.
