Hello there! It's me Heygarner!

Hi, I have purchased A73 downloaded one game from internet and now my phone is not starting. After downloading the mobile was running fine and after that it got hanged and now it is not starting at all. It is stuck on the starting screen.
Please tell me how to format or solve this problem.
