Apps Hello World App not showing up on emulator

So, I've been messing with this for hours. I can not get my application to show up what so ever.

I think it's due to eclipse and the emulator not talking to each other, and I looked up pryems with that, all I got was to type abd kill-server in the command line. So I opened up CMD, and went into the tools directory of the android SDK. then tried to run the adb command, because it apparently worked for other people. I couldn't run the command because it was unrecognized. so i tried restarting my computer, and looking up more problems. but i have no idea how to fix this.

it was in platform tools. ugh i'm dumb. fixed

Solved: haha, dont you hate when you solve your own questions after asking them on a forum? drives me crazy
