Welcome to Android Forums. It should just be a matter of logging into your facebook account from your phone. Once the fb app is allowed access to your online account your phone should start showing possible links. The only problems you will encounter will be your contacts on your phone must reflect the same names as your fb friends.
A "Deb Blablabla will not link with a Debbie Bailabla" sorta thing. You will want to check into your phone's area of discussion for more device specific instructions. Here is a list of Android phones. Just click in on your device to join it's area of discussion.
