3. Are the connections all well fitted (not loose or slightly separated) ?
 
Hello jason. Sorry you are having problem. For the best support you will want to check into the support area for your phone. Below is a link to the list of phones and their discussion areas. Just find your phone in the list and give it a click. You should find some assistance there. And... for what it's worth. If you have had your phone for more than a year, it might just be a matter of replacing the battery. They don't last forever.
