I'm new to this and have a query about my Samsung Account...I'm hoping someone can help? I am trying to do a factory data reset, but i need the password to my samsung account for this. I don't remember ever setting this up, and the email address that is showing is a combination of 2 email addresses that I have, so it doesn't actually exist for a password retrieval. How can I reset my password so I can do a factory data reset? Please help me!!

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. ))

I would suggest contacting your service provider with this problem. They should've some steps that you can do to get the device to reset.
