if a HTC beats audio has been lost or stolen can it be tracked if it has been factory reset an another sim card has been put in it..i have lost my phone an inquiring about it

Aww I'm sorry to hear you lost your Android phone. May I suggest you check this link out:

It has a lot of good info about getting your stolen phone back, or at least locking it so the baddie that has it can't use it.
