I am a relatively new user of smartphones having gotten an LG MS770 with MetroPCS less than a year ago. Of course, I love having a smartphone BUT...

I'm here because I'm having problems. I really appreciate that there is a community of supportive folks and perhaps someday I can be of support to others here also.
