Help…my deceased fathers evil gf hacked fb and I need in his phone to lock her out

Hello-

My father passed away a week ago and among grieving I now have to deal with his evil ex girlfriend that has decided to hack his Facebook. She deleted and blocked me and is making all sorts of posts. I have tried reporting to Facebook but since I am blocked from his page I am not getting anywhere. The only other option is I have his cell phone which has access to his Facebook and email that can lock his account from her accessing but I don’t know the pin code. I walked into a few mobile stores today and they said all they could do is a factory reset which won’t help me. Is there any other options? Sorry I wrote a book but this is so much to deal with in the midst of planning a funeral. Thanks in advance.

he has a galaxy s10 but I also found an older s6 after cleaning his place which appears to be logged into the same account because it is getting notifications.
 
Unfortunately I don't know any way of doing this other than guessing his PIN. But the purpose of the lockscreen is to protect your data, so if there was a way past the lockscreen other than a reset then the lockscreen would not be fit for purpose.

There is also a fairly obvious problem with discussing security features on the internet: if I did have an answer posting it would be immensely helpful to phone thieves as well. But as I don't have one that's just a hypothetical.

I get what your saying and it makes sense I definitely wouldn’t want my phone easily accessed, my question wasn’t thought out to well. but I am sure wishing my dad left all his passwords in the event he unexpectedly died and needed me to take care of his business.
 
Did your father have a will? And did he name an executor? If so there are legal ways to assume control of his accounts, but you'll probably need professional assistance (aka lawyers) to do it. It won't be quick and it won't be easy. And it won't be cheap (although the estate should assume most of the legal costs).

But you've got a real problem as far as your father's Facebook account -- if his ex girlfriend did change the password and you're now locked out, it makes no difference if you can or can't just log into his phone to use the Facebook app on it. The app will still be set to auto-login using whatever was the old password, before she changed it. You would need to re-enter that new password to authenticate access to his account.
So you've got a multilayered problem
-- Bypassing the lockscreens on his phones is not going to be easy. Unless you do run across the PIN he used, perhaps he wrote it out somewhere, the odds are you're not going to be able to log into either phone.
-- Apparently his ex girlfriend has opted to make this sad matter much more complicated than it already is. You might have to consult with a lawyer about your status on this issue. Unless there is a will stating otherwise, you being a direct family member have much more standing than she does.
