Help a n00b customize his rig

I have recently gotten into customizing my desktop, and now I can't pull myself away from my phone. I am using LLP, Minimalistic text, One seven, and I have several other tools installed in order to customize things.

I am wanting to create new icons. I like the ones shown here:

I would also like to know how to customize your lockscreen. I like how this one is done with the battery percentage shown.

LLP won't do the lock screen so you need a program like WidgetLocker to be able to add widgets/sliders/icons to your lockscreen as well as change wallpaper.
