Help! After Hard Reset Can't Get Back In

Ok I have a Samsung Galaxy s9. I sold it on Ebay. They sent it back and asking for refund. BUT It was in a different language i couldn't read. So I did a HARD RESET and wiped everything. Now every time I try and log back in it tells me to log in with previous owner google account. I do, but it boots me back out again. It doesn't recognize my old account info. I'm so upset. This person paid $400 now wants a refund. And I'm locked out of my phone and its worthless now. I can't resell it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Chances are that they set the phone up with their Google account information and didn't remove the account before sending it back to you. You will need to get in touch with them to get info to be able to log in and remove their account.
