Root Help! Beats Audio!

So I rooted my Lg Optimus Q and downloaded the beats audio installer and it made my speaker only produce static when a noise is a supposed to come out. I asked the support and it said to "Flash the same rom again without wiping anything". But I don't know what that means. Can someone please help me?
 
i also faced the same problem after installing the beats audio, when i played any media only noise is coming out any solutions plzzz
