Help Help behold 2

Hey i just got the behold 2 and for some reason when i connect it to my computer my computer trys to install. it can install most of the stuff but then it stops and says Found new hardware-Unknown device and it cant find the software that i need and fails the install i tried downloading samsung studio but that didnt work either
