Root [HELP] Can someone please post a stock recovery

Several people are having problems updating to Jellybean due to possible kernel issues. If someone could post a stock recovery, it would be most helpful.

I am looking for a JB recovery. I have the stock rom. I mustve done something when I flashed and tried some of the other roms. I never changed the kernel that I know of. I cannot update to JB.
