Help! cannot download all apps in the market

hey so ive been having this problem for a while and i just cant seem to download all apps such as live profile which would be very useful. i have a motorolla backflip so im not sure if its my phone or maybe i dont have it on a certain setting or something? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

i tried to do that but it just says theres no phone with this account even though i look at my other apps and it says they are installed
