Help - Can't access the Market app

A few days ago the Market app started acting funny. It requires a password for a youtube account which I know I don't have. It does not let me change the account. After a few tries, it switches to a character recognition screen.

I have an HTC Desire.

Have you tried to downgrade your current Market app version?

Try clearing the app data for the Market app.
