Help can't find anything on changing the color test for date and menu

I have looked every place and i think its a hush lol but i been making my own theme and yes im new have it all done but i can't seam to find the file to change the date color text on the pull down bar anyone can point me in the right way i would sure thank you..

Also in the menu tab on the bottom i can't seam to find the file to change that text to i looked in every menu file in the framework-res.apk is it some other place ?
