Help,can't send pictures on Unlocked Samsung Behold on ATT

Hey guys how are you?Any help will be greatly appreciated,I just bought a Samsung Behold unlocked phone,I think it the first version not the behold2,I installed my ATT sim card and was able to configure the settings to get and send text mssgs,but I can't seem to be able to do anything to get the picture sending program going,and yes this is part of my ATT service,when I put the sim back in my old phone it works fine,I have 30days to return the phone if I have to,I actually like the phone except for this issue,will I ever be able to send pictures on it?
