Help HELP! can't write while call in process

Hi! I have lately found myself unable to exit the call menu screen because the home button didn't respond (it used to i the past), so I downloaded an app that replaces the button (as a notification), but I'm still not able to use apps like whatsapp or write a note- keyboard doesn't appear (even thogh I can now enter the apps). I have already done a factory data reset and I passet an avast! antivirus scan, but still no luck. Any ideas? A MILLION THANKS

ok, I think I found the interfering app. Havent confirmed it personally, but it's probably the smartkey sony earphone control app. A shame because its very useful and awesome besides this fact
