Help! Did factory reset on Superpad VI, now everything is in Chinese.

I have a Superpad VI.... I did a factory reset and now all words are in Chinese. I've tried resetting a couple of times and have even used the reset button on bottom of machine. I found some helpful info from others but since I can't read Chinese, when they give instructions to select the box that indicates "X", I can't cuz I don't know what it says. Can anyone help ASAP giving instructions using the icons (description of)? I'm freaking out here.... Bosses machine and have to have ready for her this weekend. Ugh!

Wow, that is strange...usually doing another factory reset should have fixed the problem. You might have to take the device for a diagnostic test at your nearest service provider center.

I got my Superpad IV like that. The instructions usually has it or you could just mess around. You'll figure it out in half an hour. Just press the menu icon and press each thing until there is a bunch of languages. Change it and it will be good to go.

Hi! I'm new with Superpad VI (just got it today) and my Internet dongle locked it on me :-( I don't know the pin - I've tried anything I thought it could be.. Do you think a factory reset might help? I have no options except emergency call..
