Help Help Don't want the pushed OTA. How can I remove?

Can you be a bit more specific: Did you accept the OTA update and want to go back to 2.3.4? or is it just asking you to download and you keep trying to ignore it?
 
No it downloaded ota on it's own. Then it asked me to install but I told it "not now" and it said it would load an hour from now?
 
Update - cleaned cache and rebooted. Now the download update is gone but it's asking me "do you want to download now or later". Of course I clicked later. Now what can
I do to either not download at all or download then delete it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
