Help find my phone via GPS

I lost my Android phone Samsung Captivate (SGH-I897ZKAATT) and my provider is T-Mobile through Wal-Mart.

I used Google's Plan B to no avail. I have contacted my carrier and google. Apparently Google does have live chat.

Anyone have a way to use the GPS to locate the phone.

Plan B should have worked, unless someone found the phone and turned it off.

Call and text the phone (email to xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net, area code and number) .
