Help Finding a Corporate Jargon App

I downloaded an app a while ago that would generate random 'corporate jargon' type phrases. I can't remember the name for the life of me, but I don't think it was descriptive of what it actually did. When you ran it, the phrases would show up in a cartoon-like chat bubble against a bright green background with a random silhouette of a businessman or woman.

An example of a phrase that I generated with it:

"In a modular organization, recent capital expenditure on brand equity energizes our virtual communities."

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
