Help finding an app or launcher

Hi
I am using Lenovo Yoga Book for school and reading. Android's interface is a little bit missing the abilities to make it easier to use with mouse and multitask effectively.

Is there any app or launcher that I can install so I would use the tablet in an easier way? Something that would look like maybe like Chrome OS or give me the experience of DeX (without connecting a monitor), which at least would help me with multitasking (multi-windows).

For multitasking prefer documentation of the device came with kit just like a phone with recent apps to navigate between.
