Help finding an app...

I've seen some screenshots that show a widget that has the notification bar stuff in it (like battery, cell strength, etc.) It looks like a mini version of the notification bar on the desktop. Does anyone know what this widget/app is? Thanks!

I've been trying to find a screenshot...I've seen it before on Android Central or Phandroid...I can't remember though. It was on a story about a different app, but this was on the desktop.
