Do yourself a favour... buy a new box.

This model is almost obsolete, has old software, poor specs and fixing it is next to impossible.
Even if you miraculously managed to find firmware that installed, there would be problems such as no WiFi or sound not working, etc.

You are wasting too much of your time and energy on a $25 box when you could pop down to KMart and get a good, name-brand reliable box for $69.

its not about cheap or something, this box have iptv service and they way it work by the mac address, if I buy another box can I clone the mac address to the new box?if so, how can I get the mac address from the old box?

OK so what IPTV service is it? But frankly it's sounds like they're not worth bothering with if they're not answering your emails. And you might be better going somewhere else.

A replacement box with have a different MAC address of course, however you might be able to clone the device's MAC address into your router. You should be able to find that in the device's settings.

sorry to keep bothering you guys, my friend have the same exactly box and still working, the problem is how can I get the MAC address from the old box since the box not working at all, I tried to install any firmware to the box but I didn't recognize when i connected to the computer using male to male usb cable.

The devices's MAC address is usually on the ratings plate, or sometimes on the carton, along with the serial numbers, etc.

But I'm rather confused on this, why is an IPTV service needing a device's MAC address, is this cable TV, hooked directly into their box or something?

Ultimately you need to speak to the provider, you're paying them a subscription fee, they need to fix it.

Otherwise cancel your subscription if they can't sort it.

Is this Comcast or Time Warner or Verizon or something.

when you bought the box it come with lifetime subscription it was $200 or so I don't remember. I pulled the app from my friend box and tried it on my phone every time when I open it its tell me invalid MAC address. This box comes without any ratings plate or anything doesn't even have name on it the box.

You bought it cheap online, shipped from Hong Kong, and it came if whatever promises and "life time subscriptions"?
If so, as @Andrew Cole stated earlier, Get a branded one for $69, from K-mart or Amazon probably.

These things are ultimately disposable.

I an MXQ pro box and no idea with manufacture , the device is named AOSP P200 with software version P200-userdebug 5.1.1 LMY47V 20151226 test-keys.

Update, I get it back to work after I shortage the pin on the chip and I also did factory restore. But I still can't get to safe mode, also I can't lunch play store or even install app on the device and I noticed there is almost service is missing under application manager.

I think you need to get a new one. As I can see that the version is old & if it will be installed properly; you might not be run it smoothly.

It's a genuine advice to get a new one. Now new box has the warranty so, you do not much worry about the installation & other stuffs.
