Help getting Google Play

I'm guessing that your tablet did not come with Google Play pre-installed? In that case, you've run into the major drawback to getting a cheaper tablet, I'm afraid - they don't get certified by Google to play in the Google ecosystem. You can try to install Google Play from here, but if that doesn't work you will likely need root to get it working.
As an alternative, have you considered the Amazon App Store? That's easy to install and setup, and will work on every Android device out there. You can get it here: Install Amazon Appstore
