HELP grrrr samsung mobile tracker

Right majorly peeved off... I had a samsung monte a few years back and stupidly activated the mobile tracker ... now the phone has been passed on that many times I have no idea who has it and i am constantly getting messages upto 20 a day stating my IMEI number and the new number of the mobile phone holder (who is no help either)

I need to know how to turn this thing off without actually having the phone in my hands this is annoying

Any help would be appreciated

Yay calling smasung service center might be of help bcoz if anyone can do it they can otherwize without having the device i don't think we can turn off the tracker....
