Root Help guys, I am stuck in quick-boot screen

Yeah... i am stuck in the quick boot screen of my device
What I did ? I installed the ROM MANAGER and just tried to partition my sd-card. After reboot I got the screen of quickboot doing nothing. That pissed me off because the second time i try to use rom-manager and for second time I get screwed up. I will probably set a bad rating and a big comment in the market for this app because the folt is not mine this time.

What I need... I need to boot the normal way. Just that.

My stock rom is ok, the system i ok, everything is fine and I don't want to install a ROM or anything.

The wast time this happened a friendly user shared his experience with me and I got some kind'a recovery mode and installed a software to my PC but don't remember them anymore

Please people help me to get back my phone. It's not actually bricked, it just doesn't load the right way, leaving me in the quickboot menu at start

phone: LG p350 (optimus ME)
rom: stock
os: android 2.2.1 (stock froyo)
root: yes (ginger)
cpu: 600mhz
sd: yes (8Gib, probably messed up)

Well it seems I've messed up the things so much now and couldn't repair my phone as it was in the last state.
So..
1. I downloaded fastbootflasherv 2 (google fastbootflasherv2eng.zip)
2. and used a recovery image "recovery-RA-pecan-2.2.1-GNM-drap.img"

After I loaded the image (rebooted) and rebooted again my device, it was like new (nothing from my data was saved there) ! For me that was good news but for somebody could be bad.
I actually did this thing before and my data had saved (the first time) but not now (it seems I've messed the things a little more than I needed) but who cares... After I rebooted my phone and set my settings and e-mail, it actually AUTOMATICLY downloaded the superuser app from the store what Amazed me (so I didn't have to ROOT IT AGAIN)

I hope I helped, I decided to make this reply to my post because I found hundreds of posts of people who had the same problem STUCK IN THE FASTBOOT who didn't get any answers.

my phone has android ver. 2.2 (froyo) and its stuck on the fastboot screen, it doesn't react on any touch actions and it only has to connect with my laptop to reset it, but my laptop cant read the usb port. The screen is black an only says things in white words i hope anyone can help me please :'(
