HELP how to desinstall aptoide?

My little brother installed it and now it is the administrator of anything and can't deactivate the app in playstore

You could try booting whatever your device is in Safe Mode and uninstalling that way, but if that fails and you can't deactivate, your best option would be to factory reset.

Have you gone into Settings > Security > Device administrators and tried deselecting it? You need to do that with any app that's an administrator before you can uninstall it.
