Help! How to get the total memory of Andorid ?

Currently I need to get the total memmory of the android phone as part of the summary displayed to the user. Is there anyone who could suggest a way out?

Yes, I searched and tried it and it is a great App. But Could you explaint a bit about the implementation as for how to total memory of android programmtically since I need to do something related in my application as part of summary of the phone required by the requirements of product. Thanks.
