Yes I did have it on unlocked and it still is and I'm not sure what platform I don't know what you mean Verizon Wireless Maybe and it has the most recent update took from today
That most likely could be the hick up..the update..combined with the fact your s5 is unlocked(don't get me wrong..I also have an unlocked s5 and nothing wrong with that)..but there's certain features don't mix well..besides there's certain radio issues reported on this last one..like the Bluetooth one..
Try a Cache partition wipe in recovery. Clears out most of the gunk after a update or if phone starts acting up. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28492
Same for all S5 models.
Thank you very much sorry it took so long to get back to you I am with Verizon and not T-Mobile but thank you I went ahead and restarted it again and it wiped out the issue. Not sure what it was but I did go in and clear the cache a on some of my apps. And again thanks for the support guys I appreciate it have a good one
