Help HELP I DONT REMEMBER

My tablet 9" HD-G (TMAX) shut down one day I only had it for about 6 months. I called the number provided on the box and did what they told me to do to start it up again. It worked, then a few weeks later it shut down again! And I don't remember what buttons to press to restart it.

I'm not sure exactly what's going on here. It just shut itself down while you were using it one day and wouldn't start back up? If that is the case it could be the battery, try charging it and see what that does.
