Help HELP i have killed my phone

Can anyone help me please my galaxy mini is rebooting over and over. I tried to do a factory reset but failed I dont know what i did. any help will be very much appreciated. thank you.
 
Please,please,please: im after searching everywhere, I tried installing new firmware with odin, but when i press ops it wont find the tass file i have on my desktop. can anybody please even link me were to get help. i love my galaxy mini and will never mess with it again if i can bring it back from the brink of death.
