Help HELP! I lost my pictures from private mode after a factory default

Hey Guys,
I have a simple Problem. I guess the most of you know about the "private mode" of the "newer" Samsung Galaxy Devices.
I use the Samsung Galaxy S5 mini.
I had a few very very important Pictures on my phone marked on private mode.
Luckily I copied ALL Files from ROOT Directory from my phone on my Computer.
Then I set my phone on factory Defaults and deleted all files.
Is there any Chance to get my "private mode Pictures" back? In my opinion they must be somewhere in my backup copy from the root Directory of my phone.
Maybe someone can help me.

Those pictures will be encrypted so I doubt you will be able to recover them that way. They are located in Private directory which is an emulation of an encrypted partition, mounted as /mnt/shell/privatemode. I suspect you will need to get the data back on your device before you can recover it.
 
soo í connect my phone to my Computer --> copy all files from root now! --> then i copy all files and directories backup from yesterday (before i did factory Default reset) on my phone --> activate "private mode" and the pics should be available?

then i could move them in another Folder so they will be decrypted and i can copy them on my Computer again ..
and then i move back all files after the factory Default reset?

I guess that could be work?

1.) Make a Backup now (copy all files from root on my Computer)
2.) Copy all files which was on my phone yesterday
3.) Activate private mode
4.) now i should see my pics, move them in another Folder to decrypt them
5.) copy them on my Computer
6.) delete all files on my phone and copy the files from step 1 on my phone
7.) finish

Personally I would try something less drastic and just copy the private mode content initially as that may be enough. If that doesn't work try what you suggest.

yeah but i just copied the internal Memory.

I just saw that if i activate private mode and connect my phone to the Computer i can see two devices (phone and private) and i didnt copy private before i set my phone on factory Defaults.

therefore i guess i can't restore my Pictures :(
 
so it would be useless to copy all my "phone" data from yesterday because the private data isn't on it ..
