i want to update it because my phone sucks and Zte sucks like hell! its jack android or what ever i dont understand in versions!!! help me guysssssss
 
Hello and welcome to the forums . Can i ask what is it you need updating . Would that be the software or change to jb.
 
I would assume that you want a new phone.
There are several great phones out there. Give us an ideal of the kinds of things you need your phone to do and maybe we can help you.
 
Well you can buy for me a good phone and pay it with your self becase i dont have any money if i was have mioney i would buy :'( :'( :'( :'( im dammn poor thats why i ned to upgrade or anybody can buy for me a dammn even poopi phone with android so dammn cheap :'( :'( :'(

You could always root your phone and put a custom from on it.
I am not sure what the specs are on your device but you can look up your device in the all things root section

hehehe okey so dont buy for me but how i can root this phone please help please !!! give me link or tuto or anything about my dumb phone only my phone
 
That's the thing it isn't a root just a unlock . But your device is very old in software. And if u think its a fix or update feel free to Google ...*** E821 UPDATE. OR. ***HOW TO ROOT OR MOD E821. sorry if i couldn't help but maybe someone else may can ....
