Does anyone know what this notification is for? An app or general phone notification icon? Help! Thanks!

Three dots "..." in the notification area means there's more app notifications that can be shown, it's like an overflow indicator. Some phones may only have space for 3 notification icons, plus the clock, because of the camera notch at the top. If you tap or pull down the notification shade, it will reveal the rest of the notifications.
