HELP Internal sd card storage decreasing !!!

Hope someone can help. I have a SGS2 Epic Touch. I just got an app for system info and noticed over the past few days the internal sd card storage is shrinking between 5 and 10 mb daily without downloading anything. Anyone know why and how I can stop and/or reverse this?

You probably have some apps that store there cache & what not on your sd... try nosing around settings/applications see what apps are on or use your sd & clear some caches & you'll probably get space back.

I checked that out. Thank you. It seems my K9 mail is polling for new mail every couple hours and storing it on the internal sd. I just deleted the mail from inbox then from the trash folder. Freed up 7 mb.
