Hi! Yesterday morning, my birthday, I was using my PicsArt app and editing bday photos from the night before. My phone started to shut me out saying "Not enough internal storage." So I deleted what old photos, songs, and games I could. I even deleted my PicsArt app so I could re-install later. It didn't help much. My storage still told me half was being used up by misc. files, and I read a few articles off the mobile web saying to go ahead and delete misc files and uninstall apps for now, so I cleared caches and deleted misc. files. I did not uninstall anything Google related or any of the photos I wanted. As far as I can tell my photos save to the sd card.
Now, my photos I had edited are gone and my phone will no longer sync. I keep getting the "Can not authenticate, please sign in to Google" message. I'm signed in my gmail on the phone, and am not sure what else to do.
I have removed my Google account from the device, turned it off and back on, added the account back in and signed in, then tried to sync. This is where everything stops and it can't sync.
My WiFi is on, Network is active, and I can still get on Facebook and such from the device. Why can't I go into Playstore or find my photos??
TIA!
