My LG Optimus L9 had water damage, but, I had insurance. Both t-mobile and LG don't have anymore phones of the same model in stock, nor are they willing to simply tell me a solution. Any possible solutions, tips, advice, anything? Thanks.
If it was me I would be standing in the T-Mobile store asking them for a recommended course of action.
If they are out of stock ... ask them about a "loaner" that you can use until your replacement arrives.
I traded up from the Bionic to the Maxx. The Bionic is deactivated. If I found myself in your situation I would take the Bionic and Maxx into my carrier and have them deactivate the Maxx and activate the Bionic while I was waiting for the replacement Maxx to show up.
Thanks, but I don't necessarily think they're restocking which is what they're telling me, but at the same time, there's the same model being retailed at Walmart? .. lol.

I would call them and see if you can work something out, or go into your local provider to check it out.
Your best course of action might be to pay up to get a newer phone, ask about getting a decent discount though since you had insurance, you shouldn't have to pay a lot to upgrade if you had insurance.
Your provider, more than likely, is going to try and drag you around so you will just get tired and buy a new phone. Just tell them the facts and tell them what you think you deserve
