Help! Licence Agreement Message

Hi,
I have just bought an Archos 80 G9 and dont know what I've done wrong (if anything) but I keep getting a message saying ' Application is not licenced ' when I download a paid game, some have gone on OK so it can't be incorrect credit card details. Can anyone tell me who I should contact for this sort of help? The Archos support line said they cant help with Apps. I really don't know much about these things.
