I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S2, and I find the stock Touchwiz music player to be lacking. I've also tried Google Music 3.0 and PowerAMP. Just wanted to see what other options are out there. Below are my requirements and my experiences with them;
-Must be able to play FLAC files (Google Music 3, PowerAMP, and Touchwiz all do this)
-Would like it to be able to display embedded album art in FLAC files (only PowerAMP does this)
-Must be able to TURN OFF MUSIC when bluetooth disconnects (only GM3 does this)
-Would prefer a proper shuffle (PowerAMp shuffles properly, not sure on Touchwiz, GM3 always plays the first track in the shuffled playlist as the first song, and Sense does the same as GM3, only it doesn't play the entire playlist but rather a selection of about 50 songs).
So, currently I'm using GM3 because it does my two most important things (pause on BT disconnect, plays FLAC). However, would like to find a music player that addresses my other two concerns (proper shuffle, embedded album art in FLAC) without sacrificing the other concerns.
PowerAMP would be perfect if the damn pause on BT disconnect worked.
