Help me find android equivalents to my iOS apps

After owning 6 iPhones I am making the switch to android. I have preordered the Note III.

Need to find the best replacement for the following iOS apps, free apps are best but I don't mind paying a few bucks for a better product.

1. Alien Blue (reddit client)
2. Reminders (stock apple reminders app)
3. LiveCams Pro (allows me to access my home IP webcam/ foscam)
4. VSCO Cam (tasteful photo editing)
5. iPacemaker (database of all pacemaker models/ leads, for my job)
6. Whitagram/ Instasize (puts white borders on my instagram photos)
7. Fantastical (calendar app with natural language input)
8. Deliveries (for tracking packages)
9. TV Show Time (for tracking TV episodes)
10. Feedly (RSS reader)
11. Numbers (excel work)
12. TinyScan (take photos and turn into PDFs)

Thanks for the help!

1. Alien Blue (reddit client)

I haven't used Alien Blue before, but I find Reddit Is Fun to be a good Reddit client. I don't use Reddit a whole lot tho so if you're a heavy user you may have a different opinion.

A lot of people swear by Bacon Reader too, but I haven't tried that.

2. Reminders (stock apple reminders app)

You can set reminders in the stock calendar app, but there's also loads of free reminder apps available. I just had a quick look and it looks like someone's done a port/copy of the iOS reminders app:

10. Feedly (RSS reader)

There is a Feedly app for Android:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devhd.feedly&hl=en_GB

12. TinyScan (take photos and turn into PDFs)

I find CamScanner to be very good:

8. Slice is a good alternative for package tracking. If you have your confirmations sent by email, you can also have it automatically pull the information from that. (I.E., if you get a "Your Amazon order has shipped" email containing the tracking number, it'll automatically start tracking it for you.)

Personally, I'm trying to find an Android equivalent to something like "String Trio" (or whatever that app was with the "shaking the phone" in the "Gigantic" ad). So far, no luck... :(

(Apologies for reviving an old thread. I was searching for "app equivalents" and it led me here.)
