Help me find my icons

This is a pic of my left screen and i want to change some thing's around but i can't find where i got these icons from. Does anyone know where i can get these icons???

I only have these,I had the whole icon pack and can't find them and i want to change some things around. I want this whole icon pack....

if ur icon folder is on sd card then try using
Desktop VisualizeR

it may help u..!!

I need to download them again,i deleted them by mistake so they are not on my SD card. I need a link to where these icons are???
