Help Help me identify this phone

I bought this phone off eBay a couple of years ago (dumb, I know) and within 3 weeks the battery had blown up like a balloon and stopped working. It was a good phone and was hoping to get another battery for it but have been unable to find what brand of phone it is. I looked up the IMEI number and it came back as a Samsung flip phone lol. Hoping someone here is smarter than me and can work it out for me

So it's obvious there's some murky details about your phone's background. I'm guessing that whoever did manufacture that phone wasn't amateurish enough to leave any hidden I.D. names or codes that are valid even if you were to tear it down and look over its insides.
If you still have that faulty, bloated battery is there any kind of serial number label on it? The IMEI label is clearly faked but there might be something on the battery that is valid.

"MOBILE PHONE", "SMART PHONE", "Made in China"...yeh there's not much to go on there in identifying it. If you was in China, a dealer at a tech bazaar could probably find something to fit, that's near enough.

Yeah, obviously a cheap ripoff phone. Pretty sure the seller WAS in China. No wonder he wouldn't respond to my messages lol

Doing a search for
gb "t18287-2000"
resulted in a surprising number of results, but most were links to batteries that were similar to but not matching the exact specs shown in your other photo. Restricting the search down by adding
3.7v 3200mah 11.84wh
cut the numbers down significantly, most just catch-all ebay or alibaba pages. And not a single one had a pic matching yours. The fact that the gold colored label on the battery matches the gold finish of the phone itself has me wondering if that battery label itself is bogus too.

Yeah, I noticed that too. some looked very similar, but most of them had different specs and ALL had contact points in the wrong place! Oh well, guess that phone will just sit in my draw until the second coming!Where, if there IS a God, he will turn up on doorstep with a boxful of batteries for it lol
